Grzegorz Krychowiak has agreed to join West Brom on loan from Paris Saint-Germain after having a medical.
The midfielder, who cost PSG £34million when he signed from Sevilla last year, was convinced by manager Tony Pulis to join the Hawthorns club for the rest of the season.
It follows the arrival of Oliver Burke from RB Leipzig, another player convinced to swap the Champions League for a spell with West Brom.

Krychowiak, who has struggled to settle at the Parc des Princes, played the entirety of Sevilla's Europa League win over Liverpool in 2016.
Leicester have been looking at Krychowiak too but West Brom have moved ahead in the reckoning, soon after beating Crystal Palace to signing winger Burke.
Pulis is determined to raise the quality of his squad and has also seen a £7m bid for Arsenal's Kieran Gibbs accepted.
'We're in the market for lots of things hopefully, we haven't done our business yet,' Pulis said.
Pulis is also keen on Burnley striker Ashley Barnes, while they are hopeful of signing Souza from Fenerbahce.
