He arrives from Hungarian club Ujpest, for whom he has played 42 times and will now join the development squad ranks at Stamford Bridge.

The attacking midfielder started his professional career in his native Belgium, first with White Star Brussels and then Zulte-Waregem. He joined Ujpest in the summer of 2015.
Chelsea announced the signing on their website on Tuesday afternoon, with a short video showing footage of their latest Hazard signing his contract, posing for photographs and attempting kick up at their Cobham training base.
He could make his first Chelsea appearance when the development squad face Sunderland on September 9.

Kylian is four years younger than brother Eden, who has won two Premier League titles
Eden Hazard, 26 arrived from Lille in the summer of 2012 and, along with two Premier League titles, also played a part as the club won the Europa League in 2013 and the League Cup in 2015.
He has been named Chelsea player of the year three times and, in 2015, was named the PFA Footballer of the Year.
Thorgan joined the ranks at Stamford Bridge that same summer but never made a senior appearance, with his Chelsea career spent on loan at Zulte Waregem and then at Gladbach.
He joined the German club permanently in 2015 and has become a prominent member of the side which played in last season's Champions League.
Both Eden and Thorgan are full Belgian internationals, while another of the Hazard brother, Ethan, 14, plays in the youth section of Belgian club Tubize.
The four brothers come from a footballing family, with father Thierry having played for La Loviere in the Belgian second division for many years and mother Carine playing at the top level of the women's game in their home country, before retiring to focus on family life.
Another of the Hazard brothers, Thorgan, currently plays for Borussia Monchengladbach
He never played for the Chelsea first team and spent the majority of his time at the club on loan
