Eden Hazard has been keeping busy during his spell on the sidelines by making key decisions for NASL team San Diego.
The Chelsea star is in a WhatsApp group with fellow co-owners Demba Ba, Yohan Cabaye and Moussa Sow to keep updated with all the day-to-day goings on in California.
Despite the fact that the partners are still engaged with playing commitments, Director of Football Ricardo Campos insists the four men are 'fully involved'.

He told the Sunday Mirror: 'It's very easy for them to be involved with email, Skype and Whatsapp but they're very active professionals, playing at the world's highest level.
'We share everything that's happening. They're fully involved in all the key decisions.
Most importantly, they're involved with the basics of the team - what they want the club to be like.'

The San Diego team plays in the league below the MLS and is not a franchise, meaning players can be bought and sold.
Campos, a former director at New York Red Bulls went on to speak about how Hazard and his three friends decided on the Californian city which is bigger than Birmingham.
'They shared the idea with each other and decided to do it. They were looking for the right place and the US is a very easy target. San Diego was just standing out.
Demba Ba is another who keeps abreast of all the key decisions being made at the club
The team is still in it's infancy but a 10,000-seater stadium is being built and a manager is to be appointed next month.
The aim is for the new side to have a American core but Campos quipped he wouldn't mind the owners to lace up their boots.
He added: 'We have joked about it happening, but not in the immediate future!'
