He may be one of the best goalkeepers in football, but it looks like David de Gea would have been just as comfortable on drums for one of the biggest bands in the world.
Starring in a new advert for adidas, the Spaniard has shared footage of him rather impressively thrashing around on a kit.
And he isn't just banging them in any particular order, De Gea shows he's got a sense of rhythm and timing as he finishes his short solo with aplomb.

In the post on Instagram he declares he's following on from a long line of drumming superstars: 'Nicko McBrain, Lars Ulrich, Arin Ilejay, Dave Grohl, Charlie Watts... and DDG.'
De Gea isn't the only shot-stopper to find himself as adapt with the sticks as he is between them.
Petr Cech was inspired to take up drumming after playing 'Rock Band' on the PlayStation with former Chelsea keeper Carlo Cudicini, and has been sharing his impressive drum covers on his YouTube channel since November 2014.
The strange, one-minute long 'Here to Create' commercial, features a handful of Manchester United stars, including De Gea, Paul Pogba and Jesse Lingard as you've never seen them before.

Ander Hererra performs keepy-uppies in between two artificial speakers before it cuts to two puppeteers playing with the Spaniard and his compatriot Juan Mata.
In a totally unrelated scene, Lingard is dancing in a crowd, followed by De Gea taking out some aggression on a drum set.
Eight versions of Pogba stare down the camera before a man in a rabbit head then appears.
Then the Frenchman returns as a magician before Jose Mourinho, who appears to have been the architect behind the madness, says: 'Okay, that's it', before walking off.
