Andy Carroll is back in West Ham first-team training at Rush Green with the striker closing in on his Premier League return.
Slaven Bilic will have to decide whether to risk the striker for their trip to Newcastle United in two weeks but the Hammers boss is likelier to wait until after the international break.
The 28-year-old, who left Newcastle for Liverpool in a £30million move in 2011, has been suffering from a thigh injury since last season.

Carroll's last appearance was on April 15 against Sunderland as he then missed the last five matches of the 2016-17 Premier League season.
The forward, who has not given up on his England international career, trained on Wednesday and got through the session without any hiccups.
He will have to fight for his place up front after the high-profile arrival of former Manchester United striker Javier Hernandez for £16million.
Meanwhile, Michail Antonio has been back in training since last Monday and is in line for a return to the match-day squad against Southampton this weekend.
