After another Shanghai training session in gruelling heat of more than 30 degrees on Tuesday, there was only one way for Arsenal's players to cool off: an ice bath.
But even after going through their paces to build fitness in the Asian humidity, it still made for an uncomfortable experience for a few of Arsenal's main men.
Mohamed Elneny, Aaron Ramsey, Theo Walcott and Danny Welbeck all looked extremely uncomfortable with the experience but Olivier Giroud seemed to find it quite relaxing.

Ice baths help athletes to recover after strenuous exercise and are used across sports as they combat inflammation in muscle tissues by reducing temperature and blood flow.
Andy Murray and Jessica Ennis-Hill have been known advocates. They are normally considered a necessary evil by sports performers but if ever there were conditions where it would seem possibly enjoyable, the temperatures in China would seem to be it.
However, judging by the faces on messrs Walcott and Welbeck, it was far from the case.
Earlier on, Giroud and Arsenal were training in heat of more than 30 degrees in Shanghai
