Sol Campbell believes Arsenal not only need to go all out to retain Alexis Sanchez with a new contract, but also must recruit more players with his mentality.
Sanchez has cut an increasingly irate figure in Arsenal colours recently, with a significant downturn in form seeing them mercilessly dumped out of the Champions League by Bayern Munich as well as losing ground on the top four.
Arsene Wenger has confirmed discussions with 22-goal man Sanchez regarding a new contract are on hold, news which only places further doubt on his long-term future at Arsenal.

'(Arsenal need) more (Alexis) Sanchez-type-of-mentality players, from defenders to up front,' Campbell said to ESPN.
'I think that for me they need more players like that on the pitch. Sanchez would easily play in our (Invincibles) side.'
'He has everything. If you want to win things, you've got to have more guys like that.'
