Cuadrado is yet to make a single competitive appearance for Chelsea in the 2016-17 season
There was an expectation that the 28-year-old would feature more regularly under new Chelsea manager Antonio Conte this season.
The former Italy manager had targeted Cuadrado while he was in charge of Juventus and was considered to be a fan of his.
However, he has failed to make a single appearance for the Stamford Bridge side since the start of the new campaign.
Earlier this month, Conte denied suggestions that Cuadrado could leave Chelsea before the end of the transfer window.
The 28-year-old spent the majority of last season on loan with Juventus, winning Serie A
'Cuadrado is a Chelsea player,' Conte said.
'He has worked very hard and is training very hard with us. Everyone knows what I think about Juan Cuadrado. Everyone knows that good players have a lot of interest in the transfer window.
'Now he's a Chelsea player and happy. If you ask me what could happen in the future, I can't answer.'
Cuadrado also captured the Coppa Italia during his loan spell with the Italian giants
