Arsenal midfielder Aaron Ramsey shows he's a man of many talents as he teams up with World Golf trick shot champion

If Aaron Ramsey's footballing career hadn't gone to plan there is little doubt over what sporting path the Welshman would have taken.

The Arsenal midfielder has become a star due to his success on the pitch but take a look at his Instagram account and you could be forgiven for thinking the 25-year-old is most at home on a golf course.

Sandwiched between the to-be-expected Gunners and Wales team snaps are an array of posts dedicated to his golfing exploits.

And the former Cardiff City man has made the latest addition to the collection, this time with a more extreme touch.

Joining forces with Geoff Swain, the current World Golf trick shot champion, Ramsey chips the ball forward before his accomplice lashes it in mid-air down the driving range.

'Mad skills. Coming soon #trickshots' he captioned the clip, hinting to fans that many more similar ones are on the way.

Swain, who presents his own golf trick show, Golf Unplugged, was clearly impressed, sharing his own picture of the pair's day together, saying 'lot of fun today teaching @aaronramsey some trick shots today @theshirelondon and he nailed some of them. Half volley maestro! Look out for the video clips coming soon! Great guy top fun!'

Ramsey is no stranger to a trick shot or two having broken the Guinness World Record for most golf ball keepy-uppies with a golf club in 30 seconds during an appearance on Sky One's A League Of Their Own in January.

The Wales international, whose feat has since been surpassed, totalled 61, much to the amazement of his fellow panellists, including regulars Freddie Flintoff and Jamie Redknapp.

Ramsey, who has seen his team's title hopes slip away, has had a quiet season by the high standards set over the previous two campaigns.

He will likely start as Arsene Wenger's men, who find themselves in a battle for Champions League qualification, host Norwich on Saturday.
