Barcelona news: Liverpool angry about Coutinho, Messi thought Neymar was a leak, Luiz wish

BARCELONA news is coming thick and fast with the La Liga giants’ main men currently on international duty. Express Sport brings you all the latest from the Nou Camp.

Lionel Messi makes 600th appearance for Barcelona

Liverpool are reportedly angry at Barcelona’s latest offer for Philippe Coutinho.

Spanish outlet Don Balon say the Catalan giants have proposed a deal that would see Andre Gomes make the move to Anfield.

But Liverpool are not interested in the Portugal international, and have no intention of accepting that offer.

However, three players could be used as bait, with Barcelona refusing to give up hope of signing Coutinho.

Arda Turan, Rafinha and Aleix Vidal may all be offered to the Merseysiders in the coming months - but whether Jurgen Klopp wants any of them remains to be seen.

Lionel Messi thought Neymar was leaking information to Real Madrid during his time at Barcelona.

That’s according to Spanish publication Diario Gol.

The Argentina international did, however, change his mind after Neymar left to join Ligue 1 giants Paris Saint-Germain.

And he is now supposedly fearful that Andre Gomes is the one feeding information to Real Madrid.

Gomes denied this in a statement last month but Messi, it seems, is still suspicious of the former Valencia man.

Barcelona news: Barca remain keen on Liverpool star Philippe Coutinho

David Luiz has offered himself to Barcelona, according to sensational reports.

Diario Gol say the Chelsea defender wants to quit Stamford Bridge, having grown tired with life under Antonio Conte.

And, with Barcelona expected to wave goodbye to Javier Mascherano at the end of the season, he has targeted a move to the Nou Camp.

Luis supposedly thinks Ernesto Valverde’s side have a better chance of winning the Champions League than Chelsea.

The Blues face a fight to finish top of their group after being thumped 3-0 by Roma last time out.
