12:20: Arsene Wenger has given a cryptic response when asked if there was any truth in rumours linking Raheem Sterling with the Emirates.

Wenger said: “I don't want to open any speculations on that before a game like that. 

“I believe that the transfer window is closed at the moment so that is not really a subject that is very important.”

Cazorla’s injury hell

12:00: Santi Cazorla has revealed the extent of his injury woes, contracting gangrene following an operation.

"Everything that I have gone through has not been as simple an injury as people have believed," said Cazorla.

"They [the doctors] told me, if you get to walk again with your son in the garden, be satisfied."

Cazorla is hopeful of returning to football in January.
