Sergio Aguero could reportedly miss two months of action after his car crash

Manchester City star Aguero is said to have been riding in a taxi when the vehicle hit a pole in the Dutch capital.

He was in Holland to attend a music concert of Colombian singer Maluma.

Reports in Argentina claim Aguero, 29, suffered a broken rib in the incident.

Diario Ole report that accident would have been more serious if Aguero had not been wearing a seat belt.

They claim the player could be sidelined for two months, although there has been no official statement from City.

Should Aguero indeed be sidelined for that long his absence could heavily impact on City’s season.

Games Sergio Aguero could miss

The next two months for Manchester City are a crucial period in their hunt for trophies both domestically and abroad.

City currently sit top of the Premier League table, locked on points with Manchester United.

They are also top of their Champions League group, which is made up of Shakhtar Donetsk, Napoli and Feyenoord.

Aguero is almost certainly out of Saturday’s 5.30pm kick off against Chelsea.

Between now and the end of November City face Stoke, Burnley, West Brom, Arsenal, Leicester, Huddersfield and Southampton in the league.

In Europe they have clashes home and away against Napoli as well as a match with Feyenoord.

And Aguero will also miss the home Carabao Cup match against Wolves.
