But journalist De Brun claims United ARE actually keen to sign the 28-year-old as well, but Arsene Wenger would rather sell to City.

"Utd are interested in Sanchez but AW would rather sell to City supposedly," he said on Twitter.
Manchester United have spent the summer pursuing a winger but with little luck.
Real Madrid star Gareth Bale has been heavily linked but Los Blancos are reluctant to let the Wales international depart.
Another name in the frame is Monaco's Thomas Lemar.

But De Brun said a move to Old Trafford is unlikely for the France international.
"As for Lemar, can't get a single source to confirm United's interest," he added.
United have so far signed three players in the form of Victor Lindelof, Romelu Lukaku and Nemanja Matic.
