Arsenal failed in a public attempt to sign Monaco star Lemar earlier this month.

Arsene Wenger said the move was “dead” after Monaco decided to stop the exodus of their remaining top stars this summer.

Liverpool manager Jurgen Klopp was also keen on player, with the boss eyeing a potential replacement to Philippe Coutinho if the Brazilian joins Barcelona.

But now French outlet Le 10 Sport claim Spurs are considering a bid.

Despite the failures of both Liverpool and Arsenal to secure the winger, Spurs have emerged as suitors and after a discreet sounding out of the player are now ready to make a bid.
