Brad Smith has joined Bournemouth for an undisclosed fee.

The left-back, who came through Liverpool’s academy, has put pen to paper on a four-year deal.

AFC Bournemouth chief executive Neill Blake said, “I am delighted to confirm that we have completed a deal to bring Brad to the football club.

“Brad broke through at Anfield last season and impressed whenever he was called upon. 

“He is another excellent young player that we believe can progress under Eddie and Jason’s guidance, but he also brings with him experience of playing at the highest level in both the Premier League and on the international stage with the Socceroos.”

Besiktas president Fikret Orman claims Mario Balotelli wants to join them with his future at Liverpool over.

"Mario Balotelli is the type of footballer that our fans can associate themselves with," Orman told Turkish magazine Fanatik.

"I'm pretty sure he would attract great attention."To be fair, if he wasn't deemed as a trouble-maker, he wouldn't be rumoured to be joining us. But we can show some effort and create solutions for Balotelli's infamous troubles.

"In short, we want Mario Balotelli and he wants us too."

Benfica midfielder Anderson Talisca is set to join Wolves.

The Brazilian attacking midfielder had been linked with a move to Liverpool for around £21million.

But Portuguese newspaper A Bola claim he is on his way to the Championship side, who have recently been taken over by Chinese conglomerate Fosun.
