Paris Saint-Germain are reportedly ready to offer Arsenal transfer target Julian Draxler to Real Madrid in their efforts to sign Portuguese superstar Cristiano Ronaldo.
The Daily Mirror linked Draxler as a possible target for Arsenal earlier this season, and it makes sense that the Gunners could be looking at him to replace Alexis Sanchez and Mesut Ozil as they near the ends of their contracts.
The Germany international has shone during his time with PSG, but no longer looks guaranteed a regular starting spot in his preferred attacking role due to the summer arrivals of Neymar and Kylian Mbappe.
According to Don Balon, Draxler could now be used as a makeweight in a deal for Ronaldo, on top of an £88million bid from the French giants.
AS claimed earlier in the season that the Portugal international has become unhappy at the Bernabeu, so it seems PSG sense an opportunity to lure him to the Parc des Princes.

Ronaldo would surely be a big hit in the relatively lower level of Ligue 1 if he fancies a somewhat more relaxing end to what has been a tremendous career.
The 32-year-old looks to be past his peak now after a less explosive start to life in La Liga this season, but it’s little surprise that a growing superpower like PSG want him on board.
Draxler could also prove a decent replacement for Ronaldo at Real, having shown himself to be one of Europe’s most exciting young forwards over the last few years.
This would be a big blow for Arsenal, however, who would likely stand little chance of winning the race for the German’s signature were he to be offered the chance of a big move to Madrid instead.
