German fashion model and television host Lena Gercke is finally heading home after three weeks working away.
The 26-year-old stunner took this gorgeous selfie as she traveled to see Real Madrid midfielder Sami Khedira on Wednesday.
Khedira may not be at Real for much longer. His contract is up at the end of the season and he has been linked with a potential January transfer to Arsenal or Bayern Munich.
