Huddersfield Town look set to make Aaron Mooy's loan a permanent deal this summer, according to a report from The Sun. The Australian midfielder was crucial in securing Premier League promotion from The Terriers, and Huddersfield will look to sign Mooy from Manchester City on a club record transfer fee of £10 million. They're also prepared to offer Mooy the richest contract in club history with £35,000 weekly wages.

Mooy was a target of Brighton & Hove Albion and Southampton as well, but he loves Huddersfield and made a permanent move to his current club a priority. City want to raise funds as they'll spend a lot of money on signings this summer, and getting £10 million for a solid player is very good business.

Nothing is official with this deal yet, but it shouldn't be long before both City and Huddersfield announce that Mooy will be a Terrier for a few more years.

Good luck, Aaron!
